Sussman will combat the gross level of corruption that has permeated every level of county government, and break the one-party stranglehold in the county to ensure all voices will finally be represented.

Revitalizing our local economy

Sussman will re-direct public resources away from subsidizing multi-national corporations like Amazon, and instead use those funds to build workforce housing, provide job training, and re-build our cities.

Environmental justice

Sussman will clean up the more than 40 brownfields that have existed here for a generation, which threatens our health by polluting our water and air.

He will fight for funding for sustainable energy alternatives and oppose the air-polluting, fossil fuel-driven CPV plant in Wawayanda, as well as the proliferation of warehouses in our county.
